The Project:

easyHotel engaged with The Affinity Group to advise on and manage the delivery of suitable measures to reduce the carbon footprint of seven properties. Works included refining existing systems and processes and installing more efficient MEP infrastructure within each property. In addition, easyHotel engaged The Affinity Group to undertake a commercial and technical feasibility study of their flagship property in the Netherlands to determine the viability of a full hotel refurbishment.
